Jennifer Hamilton
Co-Founder | Partner | Co-CEO
With over a decade of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, I bring a unique blend of sales acumen, marketing expertise, and strategic leadership to my role as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of bloomly agency. My background in sales and marketing has been instrumental in shaping bloomly’s customer-first approach and fostering long-standing partnerships across industries.
I am known for my natural ability to connect with people. My genuine curiosity and passion for understanding clients’ businesses drive me to help organizations unlock growth and achieve measurable results. Whether collaborating with Salesforce Account Executives or guiding customers through complex implementations, I thrive on being a trusted advisor and growth partner.
Beyond the boardroom, I am a proud mom, passionate entrepreneur, and lover of the outdoors. I find balance in gardening, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

My journey at Salesforce started in the Healthcare & Life Sciences space and eventually led to managing enterprise accounts and leading high-performing teams at a top ISV partner in the ecosystem. Whether I was closing big deals or coaching others to do the same, I’ve always been driven by the give/get in a negotiation and the reward of seeing a strong, positive close/won.
Before tech, I spent six years at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals - so sales and building lasting partnerships have always been in my DNA. But I take most pride in helping people succeed. Whether it’s a team member, a client, or a partner - we win together.
At bloomly, I get to bring that passion to life every day, working alongside amazing organizations to drive real results and help them hit (and exceed!) their goals.
Originally from Central Illinois, I’ve followed my USAF husband around the globe and now call the suburbs of Chicago home, where we’re raising two spirited little girls. Balancing work, family, and life isn’t always easy - but it’s absolutely worth it. I love that I get to show my daughters the value of hard work, commitment, and what it means to lead with heart - in our home, in our agency, and in every business we support.
